The polymer Mooring Plates align with your boats rub rail or gunnel and allow you another Tie-up option to using Piling mounted fixed Fenders, as the Mooring Plate is mounted to the TideSlide Mooring Cleat and rises and falls with your boat. Includes mounting hardware.
